Discussion
Nice Smooth Slightly Sweet Porter

Modified original recipe by pulling out the Molasses. It didn't change the flavor profile much except it did lower the sweetness which is what I was intending to do. I like the Cal Common (WY2112) profile, but will modify next time with a yeast that produced some diacetyl to provide some butterschotch flavors.
