kegged on 03 may 12 natural carb for 1 wk w/ 6 oz dextrose. installed in fridge 2 days till 40F or so.hooked up CO2 @20 psi 1 day. turned down to 5 psi to pour. still a little young, can only get better with time...if it lasts that long!...by the way...late addition method to keep it light, 3# @ 60 3# @ flameout... 10 min to simmer, cool as usual, yeast was S-33..good semi-belgian twist..try it!
