Traditional, premium grade 2-Row malt made from the finest Canadian barley malt varieties. This malt is a suitable base for all beer styles.

Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Hallertau - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min
Hallertau
Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen™
Unique top-fermenting yeast which produces the unique and spicy weizen character, rich with clove, vanilla and banana. Best results are achieved when fermentations are held around 68F.
Notes
Added 1/2 lbs of carapils and 1/2 lbs of rice hulls to recipe and mashed at 151f for 60 min. Sparge water at 178 for 30 minutes and collected 7.75 gal pre boil. 60 minute boil and added 1 whirfloc tablet at 15 minutes left in boil. Fermented for 2 weeks in primary and dried out to 1.008. Kegged.
