Nice Cal Common/German Lager Hybrid

I really like the way this beer developed. After kegging it was quite hoppy, but with aging the hope nose develped into a subtle fragrence of a German lager instead of an overpowering quaff similar to a pale ale. The raw wheat did not have the same floral character I noticed in other beers I made with it. Possibly due to the higher hop content. The WY2112 continues to amaze me in producing excellent beers. Will be making again!
