Henkle's Hellish Brew

Henkle's Hellish Brew

Dortmunder Export • Partial Mash • 5 gal

Matt Henkle

A very smooth and drinkable brew that tends to cath up with you very quickly. It is a little high on the OG but I didn't figure I'd get that much efficiency out of my mash (i'm not really complaining about it). It was the first time I used Liberty hops, I'm glad I used them.
