This malt delivers predictable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can expect good runoffs with clear wort.

dry hopped with 1 oz cascade cones in secondary for 2 weeks. Used Grolsch bottles, each with 1 cone each bottle-aged another 2 weeks. very tasty!!
