shark, the candi sugar will ferment down a bunch. i'd be suprised if it doesn't get to 1.019 or maybe even lower. have a huge yeast cake of wlp550 i'm pitching on to and gonna ferment warm (>70F)

Just kegged up this bad boy, and in 10 years of brewing, I've NEVER hit my target OG and FG exactly (according to the beertools recipe calculations), but with this recipe, I DID! The beer is 12.5% abv, and you can TASTE it!
