  • 5 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt; Briess

    2-Row Brewers Malt; Briess

    Mild malty flavor. Characteristics & Applications: • Base malt for all beer styles • Smoother, less grainy flavor than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Slightly higher yield than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Slight lower protein than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Produced from AMBA/BMBRI recommended 2-Row Malting Barley varieties.

  • 2 lbs Belgian Wheat Malt

    Malted wheat for use in Wheat beers.

  • 2 lbs Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • .5 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1 oz Tettnanger - 3.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Been in primary bubbling away for 3 days and the smell is amazing. This has got to be what heaven smells like. If it tasts half as good as it smells... I can't waite to try it.
