Used wlp029 fermented at 66° for 5 days and did a 2nd ferment for 5days at room temp mostly around 75°. I cold crashed at 34°for 24 hours and transferred to corny keg, set pressure at 30 psi for 24 hours and at 12 psi for 24 hours and it was perfect!
