Notes

The liquid light extract is Williams Brewing's "German Pils" extract, which is quite nice. This recipe was my second batch overall, and had a very nice crisp Spalt aroma/flavor - true to style. It's been in the keg for only two weeks, and it tastes fantastic. On the next batch, I might add a little crystal malt. Very nice summer beer, I'll probably make this one again in the spring.

I brewed a very similar kolsch, but with the addition of 1/2 pound crystal 40, and it came out great.
