Mash at 153 for 60 minutes. Sparge at 175 for 30 minutes or until 7.5 gallon collected. Taste runoff to make sure it isnt astringent towards the end of runoff. Primary for 2 weeks and keg.

This beer was my first all grain beer and wow is it delicious. My wife who drinks nothing but B.L. loves it also. The only think I'm gonna change next time is lower the alcohol a bit and mellow out the hops a tad. Overall it is a very smooth and tasty beer as it is though.
