Notes

steep grains in 3 gallons of 155 deg. water for 45min remove and bring to a boil, and add extract. bring back to a boil and follow hop schedule. add irish moss at T minus 15min. cool, rack to primary and add yeast. ferment 5 -7 days, rack to secondary for 2 weeks. prime and bottle

very good

i kegged this beer and have been drinking it daily. it really turned out better than expected. it has a slight aroma of chocolate along with the normal roasty coffee aroma. its smooth in the mouth and leaves a long lingering after taste of coffee and roasted grain. yummmmmmmmmy
