  • 9 lbs Pilsen Malt; Briess

  • 8 lbs Pale Ale Malt; Briess

    Golden color with a malty flavor. O.G. 1.050. Yeast was manageable, croisen high, but no blow off. Easy to swirl and harvest yeast cake. Kegged 2/26. F.G. 1.011.
