Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.
Notes
Toast the oats for 60 minutes at 325 degrees turning every 15 minutes. Single infushion Mash at 150 degrees for 90 minutes. Sparge until 7 gallons in the brewpot. Boil for 90 minutes.
