  • 1 lbs English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 1 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 6 lbs Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 lbs Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

A healthy Yeast starter is a must. You can add a tablespoon of Vinilla Extract to the last minute of the boil
