Excellent Brew

This Helles came out really nice, one of the better beers I have made in quite some time!!! The day before it kicked, my wife asked if I would be able to make more......Hell Yes!!! I replied...brewed again 3 days later. It is currently still fermenting (somewhat slowly...I had to try to raise the temp a but to get the yeasties going better). The second time I changed it a little by using extract instead of DME and I added a pound of 10L crystal for a little more body and head retention. I will keep you posted...

Its still fermenting....it has dropped about 16 SG points since the last update.....Nothin to do but to let it keep pluggin along...
