  • 0.20 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 0.42 lbs Belgian Chocolate Malt

    Adds a nutty flavor, Brown Ales

  • 0.91 lbs American Caramel 10°L

    American Caramel 10°L

    This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • 0.22 lbs Roasted Barley

    Roasted Barley

    Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • 7.00 lbs Liquid Dark Extract

    Liquid Dark Extract

    Used predominantly in the production of dark beers such as milds, browns, porters, and stouts.

  • 0.5 oz Columbus - 15.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Next time may add more pumpkin to the fermenter, but overall, this was a great nutty porter on the front end with a lingering nutmeg after taste.
