Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 6 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Liquid Wheat Extract

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 1 oz Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 50 min

    Goldings

    Mild. Slightly flowery.

  • .50 oz Willamette - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

  • 2 lb apple-cranberry - (omitted from calculations)

    Banana-estery. Clove-like phenolics. Intended for abbey beers.

Notes

crush fruit, add after boil and let sit 20 minutes. Use any fruit have on hand. Try for at least 1 gallon of juice/puree
