What is your 1st and secondary fermentation times like?

No secondary

Actually I don't do secondary anymore yeast do a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves. Just let it sit in primary for 3 to 4 weeks then bottle. Sorry, that's really a matter of preference, if you were to do a secondary I would say 5 to 10 days in primary then 10 to 14 in secondary should be good.

Brewed last night

Had to tweak the recipe a little due to the LHBS not having Simcoe hops so I substituted Chinook and added 1oz of Amarillo at 15 min left to boil. I also used Beersmith to calculate ingredients which estimated the IBU's at 60 and the ABV at 6.2%, we'll see. About 14 hrs later and it is happily bubbling away. Should be good, cant wait.

Opened first one tonite

2012-04-07 9:00pm

This was bottled on 3/25 and I stuck a 6 pack in the fridge yesterday opened the first one tonite and it is very drinkable almost dangerously so. The profile, however, is not what I was shooting for. The hop schedule sucked!! The beer starts and finishes nice and bitter, it sorta grabs the sides of your tongue and hangs on but thats about it. I changed the hop schedule to get some flavor and aroma. I am switching my bittering hop from Chinook to Warrior and adding Columbus instead of Cascade 45min into boil and adding some .5oz dry hop additions of Warrior, Columbus and Amarillo in secondary, I'm gonna say....3 to five days prior to bottling. Yes, I will be doing a secondary with this one next time.
