    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 0.50 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 6.5 lbs Liquid Light; Muntons

    Liquid Light; Muntons

    Selected English lager malt is used to produce this fine consistent light malt extract.

  • 1.0 oz Ahtanum® - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Good for lagers, american ales, Floral. citrus, sharp and piney.

  • 1.0 oz Magnum - 14.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min
