American IPA • All Grain • 6.5 gal

protein rest at 122f for 25 mins. (not necessary but helped w/ extraction) sacc rest @ 150f for 90 mins mash out at 170f, fly sparge w/ 168f sparge liquor calculated mash efficiency came to a little more than 80% also added 1oz cascade (9.1ª) when i shut off the gas og: 1.074 tg: 1.012
