    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.25 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.25 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 0.75 lbs Oats Flaked

    Oats Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 1.5 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • 1 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

Wow. This English bitter is smooth and delicious. The added cascade at the end increases its complexity. The cinnamon and clove are present, but not overpowering. Will be racking as soon as the krausen settles. The 002 yeast is super flocculant!
