Excellent Brew

Did this brew on Thanksgiving weekend and it turned out great, finished just in time for the Ducks Rose Bowl victory. Trimmed lemongrass down to 3 ounces instead of 12. Steaped the lemongrass and the coriander with the grains and discarded. The brew has a good citrus flavor but not overpowering. Will be brewing again.
