Nice Pete's Wicked Clone

Very happy the way it turned out. Maybe a bit of dry hop of Mt. Hood or Brewers Gold next time, but it does have a nice hop flavor none the less. The 1272 yeast brewed clean with a slight hint of fruitiness but that was balanced with the hop and the dark malt flavors. Will be brewing again.

Second brewing w/ mods. Even better

Slightly modified recipe....used 1# pale chocolate instead. No quick chill. Instead of the two mt hood additions, I added the hop to the fermentor all at once and let cool with wort. This allowed for complete capture of flavor of hop while also adding to bitterness.
