Brewed 11/20/11

Mashed a little low at 150. O.G. 1.052. Low croisen. Repitched from oat stout, which may add a little color / roast. F.G. 1.012. Nice beer. Could use a little more color. Balanced slightly on the bitter side, which is nice. Yeast would not drop out, probably due to 3rd repitch. Dry hopped in keg with 1oz EKG per keg. Could just add this to the end of the boil maybe. Good beer.
