  • 2.0 lbs Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 1.0 lbs American Caramel 60°L

    American Caramel 60°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color

  • 1.0 lbs German Dark Munich

    German Dark Munich

    Enhances body and aroma. Stout, schwarzbier, brown ale, dark and amber ales.

  • 0.5 lbs White Wheat Malt

    White Wheat Malt

    Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

  • 2.0 lbs Dry Amber; Muntons

    Dry Amber; Muntons

    Used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 0.5 lbs Candi Sugar Amber

    Candi Sugar Amber

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 0.25 lbs Treacle

    Treacle

    Imparts intense, sweet flavor. A British mixture of molasses, invert sugar and golden syrup (corn syrup). Use in dark English ales.

  • 0.5 oz Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 0.5 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.
