Notes

Please note this is a 6.5 gallon batch. It is adjusted accordingly and with a blow-off tube I get exactly 3 cases +2 extra 12oz bottles. My better half doesn't like hoppy beers, thus the low IBU. This beer tastes great as I was aiming for a BlueMoon Honey Wheat type clone. Grain bill (including yeast) at my local homebrew shop (www.homebrewhq.com in Richardson, TX) was $39.46 or $0.53/beer. Very easy to drink, enjoy with a fresh orange slice.
