Mild toast and vanilla nose. Mild fruit profile with balanced depth and complexity. Very dry finish. Dry Red and White wines, add brandy for classic ports.
Notes
steep the grain in 155deg water for 30min. remove. bring to a boil, add extract, and bring back to a boil add hops according to schedule. cool to 70deg. and pitch with yeast. a 1qt. to 2qt. starter is suggested. primary for 5 days at 50deg. secondary for 6 weeks at 35deg.
