    American Caramel 10°L

This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • 4.73 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 0.29 lbs Rice Syrup

    Rice Syrup

Used like other rice adjuncts in American and Japenes lagers to provide a dry, clean taste and light body. Adds gravity without changing body or flavor substantially. Use in place of corn sugar in small quantities.

  • 0.29 lbs Malto Dextrin

    Malto Dextrin

Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.

  • 0.9 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 0.50 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • White Labs WLP005 British Ale
