Two Yeasts, One Sticke Alt

Two Yeasts, One Sticke Alt

Specialty Beer • Partial Mash • 5 gal

Muddy Mo

Sticke, derives from the German word for "Secret". Legend has it that when a local brewer made a mistake and brewed a beer with too much grain, they would add more hops to compensate, then news about this special brew would be passed by word of mouth, behind cupped hands, in a "stickum" or "sticke" sort of way... and to be in on the secret was quite a privilege.
