  • 10 lbs Liquid Amber Extract

    Liquid Amber Extract

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 1 lbs Dry Medium; Muntons

    Dry Medium; Muntons

    Rich malt flavour, ideal for bitters. Boosts the beers' natural body and results in a more rounded, mellow note to the final brew.

  • 2 lbs Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • .5 oz Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Great balance, great malty character, and an excellent aroma. This brew exceeded all expectations.
