  • .375 lbs Belgian Pale

    Belgian Pale

    Fully modified and is easily converted.

  • 3 lbs Unhopped Plain Light; Coopers

    Unhopped Plain Light; Coopers

  • 3 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 1 lbs Candi Sugar Clear

    Candi Sugar Clear

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1 oz Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Northern Brewer

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • 1 oz Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Styrian Goldings

    Mild, pleasant.

  • 1 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • Wyeast 1214 Belgian Abbey™

    Wyeast 1214 Belgian Abbey™

    Abbey-style top-fermenting yeast, suitable for high-gravity beers. Estery.
