  • 3.3 lbs Liquid Wheat; Muntons

    Liquid Wheat; Muntons

    English wheat malt and barley malt are blended in the ratio 55% wheat malt and 45% barley malt to produce this fine product. Use in recipes for wheat beer or as an interesting variation to other beer styles.

  • 3.31 lbs Extra Pale; Morgans

    Extra Pale; Morgans

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • .25 oz Columbus - 15.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Columbus

    Used mainly for bittering with some flavor qualities as well. Aroma is pleasant.

  • .25 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.
