Nice Old Ale/Scottish Wee Heavy

First Batch Got infected. This is the second brewing. Used a different yeast and modified some of the malts. The recipe above is true to the second batch. Turned out well. Malty and brown much on the Scottish style. Cleared well in the kegs and now is perfect to drink.
