Don't forget to chew it!

Don't forget to chew it!

Robust Porter • Extract • 10 gal

This recipie stsrted a an old peculiar clone, THere really is no comparason now. This is a very heavy porter but the molases works magic. I was able to hold on to a few for about a year and the ale was still improving.

Notes

I have used both the White Labs British and California for this beer. British finished quickly, California continued fermentation through the second racking. Fermentation temp ranged 58 62 degrees Far. Excellent brew, heavy, high alchohol but no hot tastes. Hard to drink more than a few at a time, but thats alll you really need.
