    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 2 lbs Golden Naked Oats

    Golden Naked Oats

Huskless oat crystal malt. Exotic ingredient for subtle nutty difference. This malt lends a sweet berry-nut flavor. Use at a rate of 4-15% of the total grist to deliver a deep golden hue with light caramel flavors as well as a creamy, satin finish.

  • 2 lbs Amber Malt; Joe White Maltings

    Amber Malt; Joe White Maltings

    Product Code: 1106

  • 1 lbs American Caramel 10°L

    American Caramel 10°L

This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • 1 lbs Barley Raw

    Barley Raw

Raw, unmalted barley can be used to add body to your beer. Use in homebrew requires very fine milling combined with a decoction or multi-stage mash. Performs best when used in small quantities with well modified grains.

  • 1 lbs Oat Hulls

    Oat Hulls

Oat Hulls are used as a filter medium, mostly used in all grain wheat beers to help prevent a stuck mash.

  • 1 lbs Rice Raw

    Rice Raw

Lightens flavor without taste. Use in American and Asian lagers.

  • .75 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Hallertau

Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 0.50 oz Hallertauer Tradition - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Hallertauer Tradition

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • 0.5 oz Hallertauer Tradition - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Hallertauer Tradition

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • Wyeast 1056 American Ale™

    Wyeast 1056 American Ale™

Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.

Posting these comments a bit late. Character of a Dos XX, but heavy like an MGD. Over all decent sandwich beer.
