1st Attempt at specialty beer. Inspiration was more bang for buck, taste, bite and color. Suprizingly came in at 9.9%. Try it let me know what ya'll think !

Ingredients (All Grain, 5 gal)

Pilsner style malted barley grain.
- 2 lbs
Golden Naked Oats
Golden Naked Oats
Huskless oat crystal malt. Exotic ingredient for subtle nutty difference. This malt lends a sweet berry-nut flavor. Use at a rate of 4-15% of the total grist to deliver a deep golden hue with light caramel flavors as well as a creamy, satin finish.

1st Attemp at Specialty beer, tried to create a draft beer with a genuine flavor, bite, color and taste. More bang for buck wast the inspiration, the beer came in at a suprising 9.9%. Try the recipe and let me know what you think !

Posting these comments a bit late. Character of a Dos XX, but heavy like an MGD. Over all decent sandwich beer.

Using a trusty taste-ometer graph. Taste is going to be slightly Hoppy (55% balanced).
