Mom's Hard Pale Ale
American Pale Ale • All Grain • 10 gal
Just brewed for Mothers Day, should have an idea on how this worked in a couple weeks. Appears a little darker than anticipated in Fermentor, could just be the solids in suspension? OG measured 1.060

So this brew has been in the bottle for over a month now! Tastes great, well balanced, and the keg portion is very good too (sometimes the keg doesnt taste as good as the bottle IMHO). This turned out a little darker than I wanted, but sometimes I get a lil crazy trying to get that craft taste out of a lighter colored beer.
