Still carbonatiing

Brewed this with US-05 & woodchips in the primary, then racked it to secondary ontop of the Brett yeast. Let it sit for 5 months before bottling. FG ended up at 1.000!!! It's still under a fortnight in the bottles, so taste test is pending, but I poured a glass when bottling and it was mildly sour & oaky. Very nice.
