  • 3 lbs German Light Munich

  • 6 lbs White Wheat Malt

    Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

  • 2 lbs Oats Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 1.0 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • .25 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min
