Tried the brew 5 days post bottle to test and was fantastic. OG was 1.070 and final was 1.014 for 7.72% ABV. Can't wait to try after 2 more weeks!

Body and head retention

Great tasting beer and simple but would try maybe a 1/2 lb carapils for more body and head retention. Strong beer so needs something for better head retention but still very drinkable!
