Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison™
Classic farmhouse ale yeast. Spicy and complex aromatics including bubble gum. Very tart and dry on palate with mild fruit. Finishes crisp and mildly acidic.
Notes
Will use Franco Belges Pale Malt and Wyeast 3725-PC Biere de Garde: The Fantome strain with a temperature range of 70F - 84F, Will pitch at 70F and let it rise from there.
