It's an ESB with a bit more of a kick. Really nice bready tones cuts off with a hop finish lingering with malty goodness.

  • 9.25 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.75 lbs English Amber Malt

    Roasted malt used in British milds, old ales, brown ales, nut brown ales.

  • 0.5 lbs Melanoidin Malt; Weyermann®

    Melanoidin Malt; Weyermann®

    German-grown two-row spring barley (2004 harvest). Product Characteristics: High degree of modification of both proteins and starches. Excellent friability. Low β- glucan values. Highly acidic. Highly malt-aromatic. Adds deep-amber to red-brown color, maltiness, body, and mouthfeel to finished beer. Promotes flavor stability.
