  • .5 oz Brewers Gold - 9.7 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Brewers Gold

    Sibling of and similar to Bullion only maturing earlier and more disease resistant. English/wild Canadian cross. Pungent English character. very poor

  • 1 oz Liberty - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Liberty

    Used mainly for finishing German and American style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild and pleasant.

  • 0.5 oz Amarillo® - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Amarillo®

    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • 1 oz Liberty - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Liberty

    Used mainly for finishing German and American style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild and pleasant.
