  • .75 oz Willamette - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 120 min

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

Good beer, but not crisp and dry

Was hoping for a crisp and dry beer. Must have struck too high as it had more body than wanted. Hops were indistict as expected, but recipe needs modification. Will be trying again with mashed potatos to lighten up the body.
