Belgian Blond Ale
Belgian Blond Ale • All Grain • 5.5 gal
Excellent Belgian strong blond. The Belgian Ardennes yeast gave distinctive esters common in Belgian beers. I will brew this again soon. A favorite of the guests at our annual Christmas party.

Excellent Belgian strong blonde. The Belgian Ardennes yeast gave the distinctive esters common in Belgian beers, but not sour like other Belgian yeasts can be. A favorite of the guests at our annual Christmas party. I was surprised because I had a nice Scottish Ale in the keg next to it, but the Belgian was the hands down winner. I am brewing again over the Thanksgiving break 2011.
