It's freakin' great. Possibly a little to much hop aroma for a competition beer, but the Riwaka hops are soooo good I couldn't resist

  • .3 kg Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • 12 g Saaz - 6.1 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Unique top-fermenting yeast which produces the unique and spicy weizen character, rich with clove, vanilla and banana. Best results are achieved when fermentations are held around 68F.

Notes

Saaz hops actually NZ Riwaka Infusion Mash: 39/68/77 degrees celsius. Last addition of hops was 20 minutes post boil, steep for 20 minutes.
