  • 20.00 lbs Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt; Thomas Fawcett

    A principal ingredient of cask ales using heritage barleys.

  • 0.83 lbs Crystal Malt I; Thomas Fawcett

    Crystal Malt I; Thomas Fawcett

    Ale colour and flavour adjustment tailored to requirement.

  • 0.45 lbs Toasted Pale Malt

    Toasted Pale Malt

    Imparts nutty flavor and aroma. Use in IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • 0.49 lbs Rye Ale Malt; Thomas Fawcett

    Rye Ale Malt; Thomas Fawcett

    German-grown top-quality rye. Product Characteristics: Lends biscuit-like, smooth, almost oily, (typical) rye component to finished beer. Recommended Quantities: Up to 30% of total grain bill (occasionally used up to 50%). Suitability (beer styles): All specialty, multi-grain ales and lagers.
