  • 1.5 lbs English Wheat Malt

    English Wheat Malt

    Light flavor, creamy head. For wheat beers, stouts, doppelbocks and alt beers.

  • 1 lbs Munich 10L Malt (Organic); Briess

Very nice german style beer

This beer was judged a good beer but not enough bitterness for the style. I like beers that are not overly hoppy, and therefore I liked it.
