  • 3.25 kg English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • .25 kg Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • .1 kg English Chocolate Malt

    English Chocolate Malt

    Dark malt that gives a rich red or brown color and nutty flavor. Use for: Brown ales, porters, some stouts Maintains some malty flavor, not as dark as roasted malt.

  • .125 kg British Black Patent

    British Black Patent

    Dry, burnt, chalky character. Use in porters, stouts, brown ales and dark lagers.

  • .3 kg English Black Roast

    English Black Roast

    Adds a heavy roast flavor and dark color.

  • .5 kg English 2-row Munich

    English 2-row Munich

    Used for extra flavour and colour in nitro-keg ales.

  • 50 g Goldings - 6.5 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min
