    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 8 lbs Munich TYPE I; Weyermann®

    Munich TYPE I; Weyermann®

    German-grown two-row spring barley (2004 harvest). Product Characteristics: Imparts strongly malty notes to finished beer. Intended mainly for dark ales and lagers. Using yeast cake from previous batch, a CAP. SS infusion mash at 150. Grain bill is actually .5 lb aromatic, .5 lb melanoidin, 1 lb caramunich, .5 lb C120, .25 lb Special B, .25 lb Carafa 2, plus the 2 row and munich shown.
