Using yeast cake from previous batch, a CAP. SS infusion mash at 150. Grain bill is actually .5 lb aromatic, .5 lb melanoidin, 1 lb caramunich, .5 lb C120, .25 lb Special B, .25 lb Carafa 2, plus the 2 row and munich shown.
